studio equator saw our 2009 Christmas party as an opportunity for our clients, friends and ourselves to let loose and be "naughty but nice" and so conceived this as the theme for the party. For the invitations, we decided to use some of our childhood icons, but to show the dark side of them.
We arranged various images in collages to form the faces of Astro Boy and Mickey Mouse. These were made into two invites that were sent alternately to our clients and friends via email. The invites were also printed as posters and applied to t-shirts.
