Hi Sushi Japanese restaurants appointed studio equator to create an experience to add to the offer of fresh high quality Japanese food. Traditional materials and bold graphics were used to showcase the Japanese theme in a quirky and interactive manner.
Though working with a small space, studio equator was able to create several different zones within the venue - a functional kitchen, a strong display counter for sushi takeaway and three dining areas including a casual space and an outdoor area.
The richness and complexity of the highly detailed décor throughout combines to give a visually stunning layered effect when viewed from different perspectives, giving each customer their own unique experience and perception of the design.
Hi Sushi now enjoys being a strong market leader in Geelong with four existing restaurants and two more soon to be added.
