G-LUX SHOWROOM OPENING INVITATIONS

Importers of stone porcelain & timber, G-Lux opened a new showroom in 2013, taking the opportunity to convey their values and passion for the industry in the fit out and creative use of their products.

To launch the innovative new showroom, G-Lux invited architects, designers and potential clients to visit the showroom throughout the launch week as well as hosting an exclusive launch party event.

In addition to assisting with the showroom design, product installations and launch strategy and implementation, Studio Equator also designed the invitations to these two events.

The invitations needed to be creative and eye-catching; to stand out and capture attention, while still embodying quality and luxury.

As they would be going primarily to architects and designers, we wanted to create something with an architectural feel.

Our design used a simple yet striking combination of the G-Lux corporate pattern and photographic images of the quarry installation we created for the event.

These were printed in geometric shapes, then folded to make 3 dimensional forms.

We also custom made a blind emboss stamp which we used to emboss the invitation envelopes for a high quality finishing touch.
