Black Tie Catering have been operating for over 20 years and pride themselves on a high quality product and up-market clientele.

Having designed their visual identity and website in 2007, Studio Equator was approached to update the website to a cleaner, more modern look and functionality.

We wanted to sell the idea of Black Tie Catering being not just a catering company, but part of a wider lifestyle and to this end we designed the website with a large scrolling banner at the top of each page where images are used to tell a story visually.

The layout of the gallery, news and blog sections allow for larger images that make an impact and create a feast for the eyes.

The website is elegant, minimal and content focused, with each page emphasising the exceptional quality of the food and service on offer.

We also created a second website based on the same template for sister company Rosebank Receptions.

As with all of Studio Equator's websites, a custom CMS (content management system) ensures that both websites are self manageable and easy to update.
