As Studio Equator is continuing to grow, we have an opening for a technically minded PHP Developer who we hope to welcome with an immediate start on either a casual or freelance basis.

The purpose of this role is to develop, enhance and maintain our clients’ websites. To qualify for this role, as a minimum you will have:

•    Intermediate knowledge of PHP
•    Solid understanding of database design and modeling, preferably experience in MySQL
•    Strong understanding of CSS and HTML
    (A portfolio demonstrating your CSS skills will go a long way)
•    Flash or actionscript experience is a bonus

You will be working within a small team of enthusiastic design and development professionals and reporting to the production manager and our creative director. Strong oral and written communication skills are a must as our primary language is not PHP but English.

Please provide a list of your previous work. University graduates with an adequate portfolio demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirements will also be considered.
